Not overload, abuse, or interfere with the Services
Maintain the confidentiality of your account details

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

We are not liable for their uptime, behaviour, or output

By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
Allow us to charge your chosen payment method
Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and branding of AMPD Chat are owned by AMPD Chat or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our Services without written permission.

We disclaim all warranties, including:

Availability of third-party models

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AMPD Chat is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms
Required by law
Misuse of the Services occurs
Payment fails
You may leave the platform at any time by deleting your account.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey.
