This DPA applies where AMPD Chat processes personal data on behalf of users or organisations using AMPDChat.com.

1. Roles
Controller: You
Processor: AMPD Chat
Sub-processors: AI providers and essential service vendors

2. Purpose
AMPD Chat processes data strictly for:
Platform functionality
AI model access
Account management
Security
Support

3. Sub-Processors
AMPD Chat uses vetted sub-processors for infrastructure and AI inference.
A list is available upon request.

4. Security Measures
We maintain:
Encryption at rest/in transit
Access controls
Monitoring
Incident response procedures

5. Data Subject Rights
We assist Controllers in fulfilling rights requests (access, deletion, portability, etc.).

6. International Transfers
We use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Breach Notification
We will notify Controllers without undue delay of security incidents affecting personal data.

8. Termination
Upon request or termination, personal data is deleted or returned.
Backup retention may apply.

9. Governing Law
Governed by Guernsey.
